Membership directory is for use by members for personal contact information available to other members of the LLPOA for purposes related to community engagement and association activities.
Any information obtained from LLPOA members shall not be used for commercial, business, or profit-making purposes.
If you would like to be included in the LLPOA Membership Directory and make your contact information available to other members download and complete the attached form and submit using one of the methods below:

- Return it in the envelope with your annual dues
- Bring it to the Spring or Fall Membership Meeting.
